Wayne Higginbotham

Owner/Building Contractor

Wayne a Callahan native and ’83 graduate from West Nassau has been married to Lauri for over 33 years.  Together they have two children Kaylee and Joshua, a daughter in law Sara Jo and two grandchildren Hunter and Ellie.   Wayne entered the construction trade shortly after high school and has held State certification as a building contractor for over 25 years.  Throughout the years he has built many custom homes in the Nassau County area.  Speaking more personally, Wayne is a committed Christian and has also pastored three different churches located in both Florida and South Georgia.  His pastoral work has led him through three different fully accredited degrees including Bachelors, Masters of Theology, and Ph.D..   In 2016 Wayne and Lauri returned to their hometown to care for their aging parents.  At that time Wayne incorporated Pneuman Homes with the purpose of building custom homes stronger, with better craftsmanship and with strong integrity.  Now Wayne has arranged a competent team of contractors ready to provide with some of the latest technology in building strength and efficiency.

Mike Kelly

Repair/Remodel Leader

Mike brings more than 30 years of personnel and project management to bear on the organization from both corporate and not-for-profit venues. His activities related to the building and construction industry range from supervision of residential properties as well as involvement in multimillion-dollar corporate real estate and facility campus projects throughout the state of Florida.  Mike holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), earned while pursuing other graduate programs of study in Dallas, TX.  A native of Nassau County, he is the proud father of 3 adult children and husband to Lindi, for 33 years.  We consider it our distinct privilege and responsibility to earn (and maintain) your trust while helping you realize your dreams for your home project.

Kaylee Higginbotham

Builder Assistant

Kaylee is the daughter of Wayne Higginbotham. She graduated from Valdosta State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science, Chemistry. While attending VSU Kaylee played for the Lady Blazers Women’s Basketball Team. Since, graduating and moving back to the Northeast Florida Area. Her interest in new construction and real estate was created while helping and watching her dad throughout the years building homes and her Pinterest ideas.  Kaylee is excited to help provide guidance throughout the building process for our customers.
